Order statuses allow you to keep track of your order's progress from the moment you click 'Place Order' to when it arrives at your doorstep. Here's what each status means:

- Processing: Your order has been accepted and will be ready for shipping soon.

- Shipped: Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

- In Transit: Your items are on their way.

- Possible delay: Your order is experiencing some delays in being delivered to you.

- Out for Delivery: Your items are being delivered.

- Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the address provided.

- Awaiting collection: Your items could not be delivered and are awaiting collection at a local post office.

- Cannot be delivered: Your order cannot be delivered as addressed.

- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. This could be due to a request from you or a stock issue on our end.

- Returned: Your order has been returned and received by our warehouse.

You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account and clicking on 'Order History'. If you're having trouble finding the status of your order, we can always provide that information to you!
