There will be different estimated processing times for different outcomes...

Refunds: Processed once we receive your item back at our warehouse (anywhere between 2-7 business days from day it is shipped back to us).

Store Credit and Exchanges: Processed once your item is in transit back to our warehouse (1-2 business days from day it is shipped back to us).

For refunds, here's what to expect:

- Allow a couple of weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited.

- Depending on your bank, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your statement.
