How to Return an ItemUpdated 10 months ago

If you're not thrilled with your Push Pull item, you can return it! Here's how:

1. Head over to the Returns section of our Help Centre.

2. Follow the instructions to kickstart your return.

3. Choose the reason for the return and select either Refund ($10 handling fee) or Store credit as the outcome.

4. Pack up the item and send it on its way back to us.

5. Depending on your chosen outcome, the outcome will be fulfilled at different stages of your item being sent back to us.
